The XC7K325T-2FBG676C Xilinx Inc. Kintex®-7 Field Programmable Gate Arrays is a high-performance, low-power FPGA solution designed for a wide range of applications. This FPGA is available in a surface mount 484-FBGA, CSPBGA 676-BBGA, and FCBGA package, and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C (TJ) and 0°C to 85°C (TJ). It is available in tray packaging and is constructed with Spartan®-6 LXT and Kintex®-7 3 CMOS technology.
