Description
The XC6SLX16-2CSG324C Xilinx Inc. Spartan®-6 LX Field Programmable Gate Arrays is a surface mount device designed for use in a wide range of applications. It is available in 1136-BBGA, FCBGA 324-LFBGA, and CSPBGA packages and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C (TJ) and 0°C to 85°C (TJ). The device is supplied in a tray and is constructed using Virtex®-5 LXT and Spartan®-6 LX 4 technology. It has a lead-free finish with a tin/silver/copper (Sn95.5Ag4.0Cu0.5) alloy and a standard finish with a tin/silver/copper (Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5) alloy. It is a CMOS-based FPGA with a maximum programming time of 72 hours for the lead-free finish and 168 hours for the standard finish.
