The XC7K160T-1FBG676I Xilinx Inc. Kintex®-7 Field Programmable Gate Arrays is a surface mount device designed for use in a wide range of applications. It features a 256-LBGA 676-BBGA, FCBGA package with an operating temperature range of 0°C~85°C TJ and -40°C~100°C TJ. The device is available in a tray package and is compatible with Spartan®-3 and Kintex®-7 architectures. It has a lead-free finish with a Tin/Silver/Copper (Sn96.5Ag3.0Cu0.5) composition and a 168-hour or 72-hour burn-in time. The device is based on CMOS technology and is designed for use in field programmable gate arrays.
